The new year is off to a good start at KDO. We’re learning all about the arctic; from the Norther Lights to the many properties of snow, to the animals that live there. We’ll have a special Arctic Fun Day next Thursday and Friday, 1/17 and 1/18. The children will visit different learning stations in Covenant Hall. It’s sure to be a “cool” event. We’re also continuing our story time about Jesus; how he grew up and the miracles he performed. In addition to Arctic Fun, next Thursday and Friday are PJ days too!
Children are invited to wear their pajamas to school and bring a favorite stuffed animal.

Our Christmas tree has transformed into a Mitten Tree. We are decorating it with mittens, hats, and scarfs to help needy children stay warm this winter.
